Proof Version 3.8 - 3/19/2014

Proof version 3.8 has the following enhancements and bug fixes:

1. Proof User Guide is now available when you login. Simply click on Help -> User Guide

2. Change Password has been fixed. Simply click on your username -> Change Password

3. Performance improvements for reports

4. Drag and Drop to/from frames is fixed

5. Other minor enhancements/fixes
