Improvements

Improved Execution Sets where previously some really old ones would not have a creation date. Going forward, all of them will have the Last Modified Date set as the Creation Date.
Bug-fixes
- Fixed an issue where an error would be displayed for the user if someone else changed their username
- Fixed an issue where sometimes exporting a test case gets stuck in processing
