Comment to other Testers with notification message

Hi,

In case several Testers are building automated tests it is a great way to foster and encourage agility and dynamics when within a particular Test at a particuals Step one creates a comment and starts a text with @nameoftester the person who was named gets a  message when she or he opens Subject 7. A red signed email icon or something similar till the user is not checking the message.

I would even add read recipian and a feedback when the named user really opens the Test so a feedback arrives to the sender that the @nameoftester really checked the Test Step where the particular line comment was added.

Would be kind of cool staff.
