No Video recordings/downloads for long test case' executions

hello, we have seing that executions with very long test steps in test cases are not shown video recordings or downloads in PROOF; please see info and screenshots below....

Hi Stephen,

Would it be possible to send us xpoint executor logs as well as the logs from this command:

docker logs storage

Hi Stephen,

Apologies for the delay in response. There was an issue with receiving the files but we  were able to find them.

Would it be possible to provide us with executor logs from xpoint as well (if the issue persists in the current logs)?

Thanks, but we also need logs from xpoint, can you send us everything you see under this directory:

${xpoint_installation_folder}/logs
