User & Group Management API

To help alleviate the need to ask a S7 admin on the # of licenses available.

We are requesting a feature to expose an API to pull the Subject7 User & Groups Licenses so that we can see how many we have available. We can then create a Power BI report for our Product Owners. Screenshot below.
