Cloud Run Should be Enabled if Local Run is in Progress

I was running a script on my local machine when I needed to run something quickly with a Cloud Run. The idea was to execute a quick cloud run with the dropdown we usually have on the script editor page. I noticed that this button is disabled if a script is running. My feature question would be to enable this 'Run Now' functionality for cloud run drop down option and disable only the run option on local machine if another is already in progress.
