Add Revision History on Data Sets

I have noticed that scripts/functions, etc. have last updated date and who. However, I have noticed that the dataset screen does not offer these insights along with a revision history like 'data template' offers. This would be huge, since we just ran into an issue with someone updating a dataset that broke quite a few tests.
