As always, thank you very much for your suggestions, they are incredibly helpful to our platform.
This feature is called bookmarking and we have it in Test Cases. If you access any test case, the URL changes to reflect that test case, even if you are in different projects. You can copy the URL and send it to someone so they can use it to access the test case. We even have this link passed to us via the Help and Support Center widget on the bottom left side of the platform when a user submits tickets for a specific test case, so that we use that link to access the test case.
We will be adding more bookmarkable links in an upcoming release per your suggestions.
