Ability to Control Max VMs Launched Under a Single Execution Set by Pool

Hello,

It would be great if we could control the max amount of VM's that may be launched under a single execution set by of course the VM pool (if applicable).

The use case I am envisioning is where you may have several applications that require testing around similar times and sure scaling more VMs might be able to get you results faster, it still limits the ability to run parallel projects/application testing at once. Additionally, I know the current work around is having multiple VM pools which is still not great as well.

There are a few benefits I can see companies and end users achieving with this additional configuration setting:

• Allocating VM Resources More Efficiency
• Improved Parallel Testing
• Reduce Wasting VM Resources on Potential Smoke Test type of Test Cases (where maybe we don't need to be in a huge rush for results)
