Question about selenium exports from PROOF database

Hello, assuming the PROOF UI is inaccessible but the database is up and running; can PROOF test cases be exported from PROOF database as selenium export files? If so, can this be done as bulk files per test suites or individual test cases?

If by PROOF UI, can the exports also be done as bulk files per test suites or individual test cases?

... following up on this question, I wanted to make clear; this is not an new feature request. I am asking if it is possible to have PROOF test cases be exported from PROOF database as selenium export files instead of via the PROOF UI.
