Enhancement: Add Comment column for each line of the script

I would like to have a section where I would be able to leave a comment for a line on the script.

For example: I wrote a script testing one functionality that was temporarily removed and would be added back in the future, so I put skip for those lines on the script. Now if someone else use my script, they will be confused why I did not delete those lines instead of skipping it. I would like to have the ability to add comments for each lines so that we can leave a message.
