Step Over - do not reset display to the top of the script

After each Step Over, the top of the scripts is displayed, instead of staying on the current step. Also, the width of the displayed columns is reset to default if it had been modified.

This issue is fixed and released in 8.8.0. It will be available to you when you plan to upgrade.
