JavaScript alert popups are disappeared when running under SUbject7 test

There is a javascript popup, that appear for "unsaved data", while manually working on the page, the popup appears and stays until user select an option. However, when running under Subject7 test, the popup appears but disappear so quickly and the "ALERT" command is failing because can't find the alert popup.

Hasib,

As of release 8.9.0, captions no longer interfere with JavaScript alerts. This will be available to you when you plan to upgrade.

I found that it happens when the "Captions" checkbox is turned on in the User Preferences. It affects the cloud runs too. If the option is turned on, the cloud run which triggered by that user will fail as well.
