Add "Characters To Exclude" options for "SET_VAR" and/or "GET_CURRENT_URL" commands

Sometimes we need to modify and existing string which is can't get it using "GET_WEB_VALUE", so it's better to add the "Characters To Exclude" option for the "SET_VAR" or "GET_CURRENT_URL" too to modify the strings and come up with the desired portion of the text that we pass to the SET_VAR or getting it from URL.

Or is there any way to pass our desired text in "javaScript" section of "GET_WEB_VALUE"? so we can used the Characters To Exclude option of that command
