New execution set doesn't run at correct scheduled time - executors seems to have different time-zone

For few execution sets which is created recently, they run 5 hours before their scheduled time which is specified.
For example, the set which to run on 5:30 PM is running on 12:30 PM. Looks like the executors are in a different time-zone.

Hasib,

A TZ parameter needs to be added to the configuration files (proof.env and hera.env) or changed if one already exists. For example, TZ=America/New York.

The scheduler will then use the time zone from this parameter.

Thank you Joseph,

Apparently NHLBI may need to do this update. Until then I can use a work around and set the schedule time 5 hours later so it runs on correct Eastern Time.
