Locator "Edit" icon is not displayed for GET_WEB_VALUE commands

When expanding a "GET_WEB_VALUE" existing command, the edit (pencil) icon is not appeared next to the locator. 

Note: You can still click on that area and the edit popup appears after closing the popup, the edit icon appears back.

Thanks for reporting this issue. We are working to resolve it and the first for it should be available as part of 8.10.1 release. In the meantime, as a workaround, you can click on the locator dropdown and hit the tab key on your keyboard, it will bring the pencil icon into your view and you can interact with it.
