My team mates are not able to see the web locators created from my account

Hi Team, 

 

I do not have any idea as to why this is happening. But my team mates are complaining that they can't see the web locators created from my account. Please suggest me if I have to raise a help desk ticket for this. I have also attached a screenshot for your reference which was sent by one of my team mate. Thanks in advance!

Hi Kishore,

In order to better assist, it would be great if you can provide:

1- Sample test case name and ID

2- Sample step number

3- Name of a person who cannot see locator in step

Hi Kishore,

This happened to me as well, you might have saved the locator in a different project and your team mates are using a different project. 

You can find the locator in the "Artifacts > Locator" and see what's the project or your locator. If it's in a different project you can edit the locator and change it to "Default" so other can see them.

Thanks Joseph and Hasib for responding. 

Hasib's suggestion worked. I changed the project of locators to default, team mates confirmed they are able to see locators now. Appreciate it.
