No pool selected for cloud run

What specific steps from an administration perspective should be taken if the following error message occurs after attempting to execute a cloud run for a given test case?

"The pool isn't selected. Please, select it through the preferences. If neither pool is available, contact the administrator to fix it."

Can you please share what steps you took or the user took to get this issue?

As an Admin user, I navigated to a test case and clicked the Cloud Run button.

The user has to select the pool in the User Preferences which is the gear icon on the top right corner of the page. Here is the icon:
