Unable to install Local Player

When I try to install the local player i am getting an error "Cannot download xpoint 8.13.1 jar",

Also the cloud run is in queued status for more than 2 hour

Subject 7 version : 8.13.1.423

This is on-premise installation

Hi Arun,

Since you are using an on-perm installation, it needs to be checked by your admin.
I have spoken to operations, and they are in contact with your admin and they are following this matter through emails.
