Time unit mismatch between maximum Load Test Run Period in "Admin Preference" and "Load Test Plan"

The "Period (min) – Load Testing" in the "Admin Preferences" for NHLBI is set to max 720 (which I assume it's minutes), however the load tests plan give warning if there are more than 720 seconds. I think the unit should be same in both places.
