Unable to access User dashboard from admin view (on-prem instance)

When attempting to access the User dashboard from the administrator view (User management > User dashboard), I am automatically taken back to the login splash screen. This is within an on-prem instance.

Hi Brian,

Just to confirm:

1- Are you using a user that has admin access or the built-in account admin?

2- Is anyone else using the site at the same time that you tried to access it ?

3- Are you logged off after some time, or only when you click User Dashboard?

Hi - 

1.) I am using the built-in account admin

2.) No, I am the only one in the admin site at that time

3.) I am technically not logged off (I can hit the back button on the browser and am taken back to the previous page I was on), but I am just taken to the login splash page as soon as I click on User Dashboard
