The reason why Cascade delete was never allowed is because it's very dangerous. There have been many incidents of users deleting an entire library of tests. Therefore, we may have to decide to allow it for admin and under Account Lock mode.
We will have a discussion around this and let you know. Would you please also elaborate on your use case. Why would you want to delete many test cases in a folder at once?
