When I click on the Radio button options (yes, no) neither of the locators are working.

Please provide more information in the future regarding the command used, locator information, snippet of HTML, error received, etc. We looked at your test case, and the issue was that you were using SELECT command to click on a radio button. SELECT is used for dropdown selections. In order to click/select a radio button, you should use CLICK command. Step 164 of the test case is changed for you to use CLICK instead, and it is working fine now.
