One of the main goals of cloud runs is to make sure there are no local dependencies to users' machines and everyone in the project is able to execute the tests. The local run is designed to troubleshoot and create the tests.
Please post your cloud issue in the forum and we should be able to help you troubleshoot the main issue. If the application is rendering ok on your local browser, we should be able to get the same result on our cloud VM's as well.
