PROOF user unable to log in, 'Sorry, something went wrong. Problem with database access, please contact to your administrator.' error

I have a user that is not able to log in (ydhakal), he is getting a the following error..

Sorry, something went wrong. Problem with database access, please contact to your administrator.
 
...I tried resetting his password to ChangeItLater1$, no change. PROOF version is 9.2.2.1413.
 
Please assist, thanks.

FYI, I am able to login with no issues; and this is the only user so far reporting this. thanks.

Hi Stephen,

Could you please advise if the account or tenant was changed in some way recently?

Please disregard, the user said he is able to log in now; there was no change to the account other than me resetting the password to attempt to resolve the issue.
