400 Bad Request error, PROOF is down

Good morning, PROOF is currently down this morning, we are getting a 400 Bad Request error screen (please see screenshot below)..

Our OPS group did a reboot of our Linux Server and it did not resolve the issue, please advise. thanks.

Update - Issue is resolved, it seems to be a server issue; after powering down and powering up , server issue was fixed.

It might have been something with patching by OPS, we will look into it; thanks.

Update - OPS is seeing this error log, Vivek from OPS said he has seen this kind of error before when VMWare was over provisioned in term of CPU utilization; OPS will investigate...
