PROOF_ADMIN account for PROOF VM upgrades not showing expected tabs.

The PROOF_ADMIN account that eRA uses for PROOF VM upgrades is no longer showing the higher admin privileges when we log on, was something changed from Subject7’s side?

Could you please elaborate on what you mean by 'higher admin privileges'? What exactly is missing?

This account does not typically have these tabs as a normal user, we use it as a master account to change timeout settings/Upgrade the VMs after we have upgraded the Linux Server with the new  docker container/etc. Something has been changed with this account.

Hi Stephen,

I'm guessing you are performing a regular login, but you're trying to log into the site admin. Can you go to https://proof.era.nih.gov/admin instead?
