Subject7 Local Player splash page stays on Desktop screen after launch of local player.

The Subject7 Local Player splash page stays on Desktop screen after launch of local player, and it cannot be removed even if I exit the local player completely, unless I reboot the laptop; then  the splash screen returns with the auto launch of the local player.

We are on 9.5.7, thanks.

Hi Stephen,

In Task Manager, would you please end any open Java processes and restart local player to see if it no longer stays in view?

Hi Joseph, already tried that; it stays there. I can show Rex and Jeremy tomorrow before our scheduled upgrade.
