Ability to have condition in test case if it's running in local or cloud

Some of the browser configurations are different between on-cloud runs and local runs. We want to have a System variable to identify if the test is running in local or cloud run so we can add conditions accordingly.

For example,

If test running in cloud, do desktop click for download prompt, else if running on local, do not do desktop click as it will automatically download.
