Subject7 version 7.6 - 11/22/2016

Subject7 version 7.6 has the following enhancements and bug fixes:

  • A link is added to the Data Template edit page to display the related Data Sets
  • A new command called DESKTOP_CLICK_AND_CONTINUE is introduced. It moves to the next command whether or not the desktop element to click on is found
  • Data set width for each column/field is expanded to fit the entire value for that field
  • Data set row that is being edited is highlighted for ease of editing
  • File uploads page has a download link for each uploaded file
  • Locator flashing is around the borders of the locator instead of the background
  • Pass and Fail message colors in local run are changed to green and red respectively
  • A SonarQube plugin is created for Proof and available for usage
  • Frame field of locators can be parametrized with data templates
  • Logic for create and update dates is changed to use the user’s local time
  • Export to PDF and Excel are added to Execution Failures, Cross Browser, and Stability reports
  • A new graph called “Impact of Automation Errors” is added to the dashboard that shows how many references a failed locator, function, or data template field in a timeframe has to show the impact and importance of the failure
  • A set of Trending graphs can be added to the dashboard per user’s preference:
    • Go to Administration -> Dashboard Preferences menu
    • Click on Trending Preferences
    • Drag and Drop the folders, suites, or test cases of interest to the selected container and hit Save
    • Cloud run pass rate percentage graph of each selected item is added to the dashboard and can be filtered by date range
  • Some other minor enhancements and bug fixes
