Could you please let us know the purpose of the order for test cases? 

There are downsides for chaining below:

1. Test case dependency will cause many issues in the near future.
2. You cannot quickly execute tests in parallel.
3. As you scale it will be a very difficult to manage change.

The only reasons test case chaining should be used is if tests cannot run in parallel for system very strict restrictions.
