Subject7 Player is not connecting

If you are experencing an issue with Subject7 Player not connecting to Subject7 (after updating your Chrome or Edge browser to version 147), this issue is expected due to changes made to the browsers. Here are steps you can follow to establish connection:

  1. After this browser change has happened, you may have already been asked to Allow but may have clicked X or denied it. You can follow steps below to allow it.
  2. On Subject7 website, click View site information icon
  3. Click Site Settings
  4. Scroll down to Apps on device and select Allow
  5. Close the page and go back to Subject7 to see if it's connected. You may need to reload your browser if it asks you to do so.
