Running a test locally causes Switch_Window to not work correctly

When running a test case locally on your machine using Chrome browser and notice that Switch_Window command is not switching the index correctly which may cause your next steps to fail, follow these steps:

1. Run a test case locally to open the automation browser and navigate to any website. You can pause the test afterwards and open a new tab
2. If you see "Managed by your organization" footer in the bottom, click Customize Chrome
3. Scroll to option Show footer on new tab page
4. Disable the option and run your test case again to verify that switching now works correctly. You can also clear cache on the automation browser if the above alone is not enough.
