v10.4.3 has released!
New
- To help you distinguish between different types of variables on your test cases, the Variables tab now groups them into: System Variables, Regular Variables, and Function Parameters
- It will now be easier to find Web Locators with some enhancements to the Filter:
- Added two new filters: Type and Partial Text
- Web Page is now just Page
- Filters that search on text fields will match anywhere in the text, not just at the start
- To make it easier to understand which fields allow you to inject Data Templates, this action is now part of each field that allows data templates to be injected
Improvements
- When you select Go to Test Case on the Test Runs screen, it will now prompt you to use the Dataset used during execution or the current Dataset selected on the Test Case
- Improved Step Over in test cases so that if the execution of the current step is successful, it will automatically go to the next step, so you can quickly test step-by-step
- Improved scrolling on Test Runs screen where previously it would not scroll to failed steps in results with a large number of steps
- Changed the icon of Error status on all executions to distinguish it from other failures
Bug-Fixes
- Fixed an issue with importing test cases using Advanced View where previously clicking the imported steps would not display the command name on the details pane
- Fixed an issue in DB Connections where previously using variables in Database and Hostname fields causes the values to only appear under Custom Connection Settings after saving the DB connection
- Fixed changing ownership where previously it would not give modification rights to the new owner forcing them to unlock the asset
- Fixed Web Locators to prevent changing Locator Strategy by other users when these locators are locked
