Subject7 version 8.16.3 has the following enhancements and bug fixes:
- Introduced a new search feature on test cases which helps users find text values on test cases which are located in text boxes, custom captions and data templates where the arrows can be used to move between occurrences. The occurrence list can also be expanded to a separate window for easier reading where the occurrence can be clicked to navigate to the step. The new search icon is placed next to stop local execution button
- History: introduced a revert feature that can be used to revert previous versions of test cases. To be able to use this feature, each version of the test case must have its own commit pushed into the server. For example:
- Commit A: The test case includes a Wait step with 1 second
- Commit B: The test case includes two Wait steps with 5 seconds each (current version)
- The user decides to revert Commit A, so he/she can select Commit A and click Revert. The test case is then reverted to include one Wait step with 1 second
- Added support for Informix data base in DB Connections vendors list
- Fixed an issue with Project Management list generating usernames with missing information for new users
- Fixed an issue with JIRA ticket creation from the platform throwing an error
- Fixed an issue with maximizing manual execution dashboard throwing an error
- Some other minor enhancements and bug fixes
